There is this guy at school that will not leave me alone. He is in two of my classes and joins everything that I do, it kind of scares me. He annoys me at school and when I ask him to leave me alone he won’t. What is some legal action I can take? Can I get a restraining order?

Just remember that your safety is important. Sometimes behaviors will just stay annoying. But sometimes they can become scary. If this changes, you definitely want to do something about it, like calling the police.
