In honor of National Teen Dating Violence Awareness & Prevention Week, Break the Cycle unveiled the new thesafespace.org–2.0! The new site gives you all the most current information and advice on healthy relationships, but presents it in a fresh, dynamic and visually stimulating design. You spoke, we listened.
The new and exciting thesafespace.org offers personal stories, videos, surveys and exciting new activities, with more changes to come in the next months. We don’t just want you to learn about domestic and dating violence, we want to engage you – so look for special promotions where YOU can create the content everyone sees!
Although National Teen Dating Violence Awareness & Prevention Week has already ended, we think it’s still important that YOU join the effort to spread awareness about this very important issue. There is so much that YOU can do at any time – get 5 friends to join our Facebook and MySpace communities, write a letter to your legislator or city council, or get a group together to complete an easy activity at school. Every choice you make creates positive change and together we can make a difference!
