Want to know how you can help spread the word about dating violence in your community? Become a youth facilitator of Dating Violence 101!
DV101 was created to help educate teens about domestic and dating violence and is currently being used in 35 states! Now we’re introducing It’s Their Issue – a guide to encourage teens to use DV101 to educate other teens about this important issue.
Based on a youth project, It’s Their Issue was authored by a student volunteer of Break the Cycle. As a free supplement to DV101, the guide helps train youth participants to teach their peers.
There are many great benefits to becoming a presenter of DV101:
- Gain public speaking and leadership experience
- Engage your peers in open and honest communication
- Take action in your community
- Apply your own knowledge and experience to make an impact
